The Military Retirees, Chapter 421 is to provide a social environment for its members. An Annual Business Meeting is conducted each July at the HRRVC International Rally preceded by a sit down breakfast on a pay as you go basis. In addition, Social Gatherings are held at each of the main HRRVC Rallies (Southeast Sunshine Rally, Western Sunshine Rally, Southwest Sunshine Rally, and the International Rally).
